The RSA short course provides you with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises in a pub, café, club, hotel, restaurant, airline or bottle shop. The RSA short course is suitable for hospitality and bar staff, flight attendants and security officers.

Description
To work in the hospitality and airline industry and to serve alcohol in a pub, cafe, club, hotel, casino, restaurant or bottle shop, you may need to complete a certified course in the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
This course is delivered at our Training Centres in Carlton and Dandenong or can be delivered at any mutually agreed time and day at your workplace, anywhere in Victoria for groups of 8 to 25.
Assessment
Competency is assessed through a combination of assessment instruments.
Entry Requirements
There are no restrictions or prerequisites; if you are aged under 18, you can complete the course but will be unable to serve alcohol in a licensed venue. Registration and pre-payment is required.

Qualification Earned
Upon successful completion of the assessments, participants will receive the Liquor Licensing Victoria Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Completion.
