The course structure is largely self paced with monthly contact with our trainer/ assessor and attendance at some short courses in our Carlton Training Centre.
Description

This course will teach you the skills required to succeed in the hospitality industry and combine these practical skills with contextualised business and management knowledge.

If you are a resident of Victoria and an Australian citizen or Permanent resident AND have have not completed a course at this level or above you may be eligible for a subsidised place under the Victorian Training Guarantee. For eligible individuals, this training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding.
