Certificate II in Retail qualification by giving you the skills to work in retail operations as a manager and/or supervisor. You will learn skills in team management, store safety and security, and how to build customer relationships. The career opportunities from the Certificate III in Retail are wide – it will prepare you for positions as diverse as sales assistant, second-in-charge (2IC), crew leader, shift manager, team leader, department manager, assistant manager, checkout supervisor and merchandise coordinator.
