Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110

Course Fees
Australian citizens or permanent residents may be eligible for a Government subsidised place. This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding:

$250 If you have no prior Australian qualifications above Certificate III level in any field

$250 If you are aged under 20 on 1st January 2012 regardless of any prior qualifications

$1,600 If you have Australian qualifications higher than a Certificate III level and aged 20 or over on 1st January 2012

The fees cover all Tuition, Books and Materials for the course.
 

TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is now the new standard in becoming a qualified trainer and assessor in 2012.

This Training and Assessment course will teach a myriad of training and assessment activities, including how to design and develop learning programs, use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs, and how to plan, organise and deliver group-based learning, as well as how to facilitate learning in the workplace. Additionally, you will learn many facets of assessment activities and processes.

Training Course Details

Course Duration & Delivery

9 sessions (day) or 18 sessions (evening).

To obtain TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, you must demonstrate competency in a total of 10 units of competency.

This training program is conducted in a classroom environment at our Training Centre in Carlton:

Day Classes           9:00am to 4:30pm
OR
Evening Classes    
6:00pm to 9:00pm

Assessment

Assessment is conducted through a training and assessment pathway; this means that you enrol in training and demonstrate your competence by completing assigned assessment tasks throughout the training course.

Entry Requirements

Participants must be able to read and write documents and understand maths concepts to a level required to complete Year 10. All training participants must undertake and be competent in a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment.
